i think there is a problem with my laptop because i installed teamviewer on my laptop and can connect but on my laptop i have a black screen

i tested this at the beginn of the installation on my laptop and no one of the ig-platform-ids works..

i dont find anythink on the guide what can help me..

i get a black screen on verbose mode after 1-2 minute
