I ran the supplemental update and redid the multibeast config directly afterwards.
What I get now is when the machine puts itself to sleep, I won't be able to wake it.
Any experience with this?
Hey guys,
I did the NotShy guide for the 2010 Customac awhile back (http://www.tonymacx86.com/snow-leopard-desktop-guides/10490-customac-pro-install-guide-x58a-ud3r-ati-5770-10-6-7-64bit.html), and I had to update to 10.6.8 to sync my iphone (system requirement for newest iTunes)...
The auto sleep is set for an hour, but I don't remember ever seeing it autosleep.
I've put it to sleep and tried to wake it right afterward, and it has shut down. I don't think its the length of the sleep.
And without fail, every Saturday night I sleep it, its shutdown by Sunday morning.
These are such weird kinks, I'm not sure what could possibly be going wrong.
Ok, so I've been trying to figure out this dual monitor issue, and I'm still struggling.

I incorporated an image of my extras...

I don't think I've installed anything else. Once I tried to install little snitch and I KPed, verbosed, and uninstalled it.
As for the hackintosh, I'm not sure what more details to give than what's in my signature. It's this...
Re: CustoMac Pro Install Guide (X58A-UD3R+ATI 5770+10.6.6+64bit)
Still having sleep issues, despite the clean install.
Both are wired, USB devices. I'm also using a Dynex USB hub which I'm plugging them into (as the apple keyboard cord is a bit short). An external HD via USB. I think thats...
Re: CustoMac Pro Install Guide (X58A-UD3R+ATI 5770+10.6.6+64bit)
Logitech mouse and apple keyboard. External hard drive. Nothing special.
Since I switched to 32, I haven't run into the KPs. I was still having sleep issues, however. I completely deleted the Extras folder, and I did a clean...
