i had same issue after wake in 10.5.8 LAN would return dead.. instead of your audio.. sounds like shared irq switching to 2 devices. can you post this dsdt? im rebuilding mine as sleep apparently didnt work in 10.6.7 with my old and partially wrong DSDT that 10.5.8 sleep worked. EDIT: it was...
