Updated to bios F22. Re-installed Sierra from scratch. Not sure if my slow speed in USB 3.1 ports is related or not. Otherwise, everything else works fine.

My USB 3.1 ports (type A and type C) works but their speeds are extremely slow. Is anyone here able to get theirs to work? Any suggestions on how I could troubleshoot this?
