Thank you both for your answers :) I will disable his iGPU and I'll download the right version of the "Golden Build". For the EFI partition, will it works if I just format his EFI drive to MS-DOS and copy the Golden Build inside ?

Hello UtterDisbelief. The SSD EFI is in APFS format, we actually followed tonymacx86's guide to install Catalina. Are we supposed to format the SSD in MS-DOS ? Thanks for your help :)

We kept trying by changing the arguments but we don't get it right. It's weird that everything is working through the usb stick but doesn't boot correctly without it... Any idea ?
