Ok got the install done using the following flags, -v -x -f GraphicsEnabler=No PCIRootUID=1 npci=0x2000 busratio=33..It installs fine then stops during loading Mountain Lion with the same flags, at Realtek init completed..stops right there

I can't get any version of mac going back to 10.7.3 to install on this beast. It has a core2quad intel chip and it won't get past the rtc check or bluetooth checks..any ideas?/\

just updated it to 10.8.4 all I had to do was re-install the audio drivers from multi after the update..perfect

Fixed it..Heres how to install it..Using uni do your 10.8 install..no flags needed etc. This is for the Hp Pavilion Elite e9180f, then run multi beast..Click to install easybeast, then drivers, audio, realtek Alc8xx without dsdt, then alc888, then legacy driver. Boom you have sound. Everything...

I have the truckee mobo IPMTB-TK..It has the ALC88s sound on it. I can't get any kexts to work. I tried multi beast, all the alc's on it, nothing. Everything else works perfect. Simple install actually, no commands needed, just put in and went

Any ideas? Is it just a sound kext I need?

I have a g72gx and I am having sound and driver issues for the mic and sounds. I am running 10.8.1..I know its a sound kext..Is there one I need? Thanks

K got it working..Any ideas what kext i would need for an 889alc codec? I need to get spdif working and since I know there is no way to get the hdmi sound to work on my power color 5770..I can use spdif instead..Thanks

I have tried GraphicsEnabler=No/Yes npci=0x200 0x3000, -v -x and cannot get it to boot. It ran fine until changing video cards last week, then crashed and no recovery. But to do a time machine restore I need to be in 10.8..I got 10.7.4 on now..I keep getting am smc error and usb waiting for...

I installed Os X 10.8 on this board with ease. Using an i7 2500k, 16gb of mem, 5770 video..It comes with a 20gb ssd built in to mobo. Not using it for anything. I have a 90 gb ssd, and a 300 gb raptor drive 10,000 rpm. and a 500 gb 7200rpm drive. I did the black magic speed test and got higher...

I can boot it..With the boot disk as the start it does boot up and run. It will not boot without the disk though. And I will have to find the kexts so it reads it as an i7 and the 5730 video..

Did it and it still just goes into a reboot loop.

Alright got the snow leopard 10.6 installed, did the multi beast, and chameleon install and reboots right away after starting.I am stuck in the reboot loop
