    Graphics Test: Bruce X

I don't think it should be a problem(Nitro plus version). You should test with different things, from BIOS to config.plist etc... Your own thread should be a good start for troubleshooting this issue. Hope you find solution.

That is strange it should be much lower. Something is wrong with your setup.

Radeon RX 4XX/5XX standalone system, AMDRadeonX4250.kext (GVA support H264) does not support HEVC HW

Yesterday I've installed new CPU 4770K running it at 4.4GHz, to replace my Xeon(E3-1231 V3 no iGPU). Everything is running better now especially in FCPX, before hackintosh was fast but now everything is properly fast and snappy. Also temps of the dGPU(RX 580) are much less, about 10 degrees...

    Graphics Test: Bruce X

These are some nice numbers for RX580! I'm considering VEGA 56 Pulse, but first will try new CPU with iGPU also Haswell like my xeon so I dont' need to switch platforms. I already bought one 4790K which was damaged in the transport, now I bought 2nd 4770K and waiting n arrival. Will update my...

Radeon RX 4XX/5XX standalone system, AMDRadeonX4250.kext (GVA support H264) does not support HEVC HW

Yes, only when I export to H.264. My files won't be of any help to you, because we have different systems, also I change everything all the time in hope to find the way to remove those artefacts. So far no luck, but if a find solution to this I will share all the steps and my config/EFI files...

    nⓩxtMac Pro - i9-9900k - Gigabyte Aorus z390 Pro - macOS Mojave - Sapphire Vega 64 Reference

Thanks for fast reply. Yes, I watched mostly all YT major videos on that topic :) and read all the interwebs info regarding this, but the problem is that there is no direct comparison CPU vs CPU especially not between generations. You can find different videos from different youtubers, but that...

Nice build and great info you shared here! thx... I've builded my hack basically just for FCPX and overall, I'm really satisfied with the build and FCPX rendering at least in prores/optimized media, but since I dont' have iGPU my export times in H.264 are really slow. Considering, some of you...

Radeon RX 4XX/5XX standalone system, AMDRadeonX4250.kext (GVA support H264) does not support HEVC HW

I would just like to add, that I've also tried FCP 10.3.4(currently having 10.4.5) and it even failed to export, but exported in ProRes with no problems, but slower than 10.4.5 I've also tried bunch of combinations with different SMBIOS and disabling enabling this and that, nothing worked...

Hi, first many thanks to all for this great info you are putting out! I'm new top hackintosh world, but having need for final cut I've installed few OSs in last 2 months and play with it for a while. So now I have 10.4.4, more or less standard kexts + dummy141.kext (trying with shiki also)...
