    Yes you can just hook up the 850 and install OS X on it and you will be fine. But do you want to use the 950 pro also?

    My gtx 970 had the same problem, when you boot without nv_disable=1 you end up with a black screen after the graphic switcher switches from the intergraded graphics too your graphics card, the problem on my hackintosh was that the DVI port wasn't supported in sierra anymore but HDMI works fine...

    The last thing i can think of is that not al the bios settings are set correctly like explained in the installer guide: Step 3: Recommended BIOS Settings. Like i said i'm not an expert, If this doesn't work i guess you have to find someone more experienced like Ammulder our so.

    Hi, I'm not an expert but you say you are using fat32, To make a bootable USB you need to format it to mac OS X extended (journaled). The problem is that your computer doesn't see the USB as bootable and just goes to the next boot option (your linux drive) Hope i helped you out.
