I'm having the same problem. I updated from Lion, everything was working perfectly. I ran Multibeast with the correct DSDT file (gigabyte UD3R-X58 2.0 FF). Rebooted and everything was running OK, my GTX 670 was recognised and working fine. I then rebooted with my USB and firewire devices plugged...
