Same issues on my GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3. Unlike others, I have the problem whether or not I wake with keyboard/mouse. I haven't tried waking with power button, but will later today.

Thought I'd bump this back up. After 10.6.8 and a new DSDT from the database, I've still got no dice on USB after wake from sleep. Others with this mobo don't seem to have the problem; any advice, or should I just try a clean install?

I am, but the Lnx2Mac kext didn't work. I'll try removing the Realtek and re-running Multibeast sometime tonight to see if that fixes the problem, though.
