Try to use 'Disk Utility' which you can find under Applications. Does your USB pop up there? If so, you can format it again to Fat32 (should be readable by Macs) or to Journaled (which is the native format).
Anyone?
I can't seem to find any reliable thing on Google. They all point towards Apple or Microsoft programs that come with the installation disks.
I'm starting to think about buying a new HD, but it would suck if that is not the problem and I have spend around 60 euro's at it...
Hi there! Again thanks for your reply. I've tried a different USB stick, but it still takes ages.. I don't think this is normal. It will install eventually, but afterwards the OS will run really slow and choppy. Not what it used to be..
In the hardware monitor program, the CPU speed seems to...
Thanks for your reply! At the moment it hangs at "Time remaining: About 11 minutes"
I'll try to get another USB stick tomorrow morning, since it's now midnight around here.
I've installed Mountain Lion before with the same USB stick, configuration and with the help of Tonymacx86 going the Unibeast route. This time formatted the usb stick and put the newest ML with Unibeast on it.
Could anyone point in any direction to what is wrong?
Could it be that the USB...
Hi there!
I used to have an awesome machine working with Lion. Now I tried to instal Mountain Lion and there doesn't really seem to come a response from my machine anymore. Could anyone explain this and tell me how I could fix it?
I did a clean instal and then used Multibeast with a DSDT...
Solved with a clean instal and MacMini system definition!
EDIT: think I did learn something from the Windows days.. Always have your system files on one partition and the documents on the other..
Re: System boots with Monitor 1 then forces me to use Monitor 2

Hi!
First off. This machine used to work out of the box with a 5000+ geek bench score, but since the last DSDT update, I can't get it to work again. I made a clean install and now it doesn't recognize the processor as it should see it.
I do have sound, two monitors, bluetooth and a network...
Hi there!
Since Tony and MacMan gave us the major update for Gigabyte Socket 1155 motherboards, I installed the corresponding DSDT and updated my bios. Both my screens work, until the loading screen. When I get to log on, one freezes and the other one continues to work. Lion only recognizes one...
Yup. No freezes for me either.
Thing is.. I did a clean instal with Unibeast and the new Multibeast & DSDT. The system seems to run a bit smoother, but now I get the artefacts.
Before, I was on Multibeast 3.8 and an older DSDT
I had the same problems and I used something of 4xx ram for the internal GPU. Now I use 384 ram for the internal GPU from my 4 gb memory.
