I am able to boot Clover without the prepared USB but after finishing the rest of the guide, when I boot I see the login screen for a second and then the screen starts to flicker and then turns black. Sorry for not having my specs set will do now. I have the 4k screen.

Could you or someone direct me to a guide related to running the proper UEFI shell . . . Is it an option I should have already in my BIOS setup or do I install it on a USB or something?

I am a bit confused about how I actually enter the UEFI shell. I have downgraded my BIOS, but when I run the Clover one, i get an error saying "setup_var is not recognized . . . "
