Infact this was all bollocks, I simply did not get that I have to press F5 to reload the install DVD before I click boot .... :oops: So no clocking down and disabeling stuff ...

I got mine fixed by using PCIRootUID=0 on startup. Best results in general I got by using easy beast instead of preeditet DSDT and separate install of chimera 1.5.4. Permission Fix done with Kext wizzard instead of Multibeast speeded boot process of comp up in general.

Found it myself, you have to clock the cpu down to 29 or so and disable speedstep in the bios. Thx anyway
