Makes sense, I've read elsewhere that nvmegeneric does not work on sierra. Did you end up putting HackrNVMeFamily-10_12_0.kext in the kext/10.12 directory and keep the nvmegeneric in the 10.11 directory? Essentially how did you do the switch?

I'm thinking the cannot find boot icon may be due to the fact that I'm using an M.2 card as my boot drive. I'm using the NVMeGeneric kext. Anyone here using an M.2 card with success?

Ok, awesome. I wanted to check because I've been reading that some people are having issues with certain of the newer versions of clover. Thanks! I'll be doing my upgrade shortly. Hopefully by then they'll have Seil (Karabiner) working again :)

What clover version did you end up using?

I installed 15f03 and on restart I got the Prohibitory symbol. I restarted and selected the Recovery partition. It took a good 5-10min to load, computer restarted and everything back to normal. Just a heads up.

Did you follow method 1 or 2. I checked my config after updating the web drivers to 10.11.5 and the patch is still there, but it no longer works. What did you do exactly ? I had to use method 2 to fix it myself. I'm still curious why method 1 doesn't work ?...
