PS: it did not have graphic acceleration even the system having recognized all the memory of the board. The difference was that it appeared more resolutions of the video to change, now I'm using 1080p and before it was 1024x768.

I have the same problem. In the High Sierra the performance of the video card was worse than in Mojave. For both systems I can not find the driver.
