Now, its hanging at:
ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::Start - waitForService(ResourceMatching(AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement) timed out.
In the BIOS, i set the CPU cores to 0, and HT to off.
I restarted again, and did iBoot again, but instead with -v. It seemed to be hanging on:
AppleIntelE1000e: Ethernet address *My Computer's Mac Address*
It just didn't go any farther. Is there something wrong with my NIC? I don;t have my ethernet calbe plugged in. Should I? Did I miss a BIOS...
I booted up iBoot, and put in my Snow Leopard DVD. I launched it, and for the past 10 minutes, I just see a white screen, with the Apple logo in he middle, and a little loading circle under that.
Ive done This with -x and PCIRootUID=1. Same thing. Motherboard - DX58SO, GPU - XFX 5850...
I have just recently got into this hackintosh stuff, so Before I go out and spend 1.5k on a new Hackintosh, will I be able to install Mac on my current system?
CPU: i7 930
Motherboard: Intel DX58SO
Graphics Card: XFX 5850
Memory: 6GB 1333MHz
