Hello everyone,
OK, my late-2012 iMac (i7 3rd-Gen, 16GB) got old and I need a new one, mainly, for music production.

Hi nippie,
We all MUST thank toleda for making that tremendous effort.
I understand completely your difficulties to follow toleda's guides as I am a senior Java developer and I have no idea of what heis talking about :-)
However, I admitted that I am unable to follow his guides from the first...

When I check 200 / 300 Series / X299 Audio Device ID Patch, it un-checks the previous two options.
Should I install ALC887/ALC888b and 100 / 200 / 300 Series Audio Support first and install after 200 / 300 Series / X299 Audio Device ID Patch?

1.ALC887/ALC888b
2.ALC887/ALC888b Legacy
3. 100 / 200 / 300 Series Audio Support
4. 200 / 300 Series / X299 Audio Device ID Patch
and maybe
5. Optional 3 Port (5.1) Audio

I have a fresh installation with no audio kext installed.
So, what is the next, easiest step?
Thank you so much.
