If you've tried everything above and still can't get it to work, double check in your BIOS to make absolutely sure your primary boot disk is the one you installed your OS on. I swapped hard drives and loaded from a backup and had this problem until I changed the settings in the BIOS.

Just wanted to point out--there's a new Clover Configurator update which has the option "HibernationFixup" under the boot tab. Enable this, save the config.plist, and restart your computer. FIXED!

Just tested. The drivers that came in the CD with the TL-WN823N are outdated. Go to the TP Link website and download the driver for Mac OSX 10.11, it says it's in beta but it works for 10.12 too. I will say it's not the best option, but it works most of the time.
