EDIT: 99% works. YouTube videos flicker as well as a lot of web banners. Is this a flash thing? maybe I need to add a refresh rate to the graphics mode extension? Any ideas?

I had the exact same problem and that solution worked. It worked after a fresh re-install though-

Yea, that really worked for me, maybe try HDMI out if you can.

Try using the DVI port instead of using a VGA port, I had the same issues and that worked for me... let me know if that helps.
