For some reason, THERE was a NULLCPUPOWERMANAGEMENT.kext installed. Removed it, and it's working fantastically. Thanks Dil83!

I don't have NullCPUPowerManagement.kext, but I do have the Patched AppleACPI one. Would that affect it?
