iTunes 10.0.4 playing Purchased content
I have a Q77 with i5 and have only one issue, HDCP error from itunes.
I'm using hd4000 graphics. ( I have a gt840 that I haven't installed.)
Does your build play purchased content from iTunes?
Thanks,
JKP
I was able to play music videos in iTunes only. Any video that had DRM does not work. I assume it's an authentication issue. Do we know how the Mac Mini's authenticate external displays for playback?

New issue, not sure if it's related.
On reboot the resolution goes to 1024x768 and i can't see well enough to change it. If I boot -x, I get 1080 resolution.
Thoughts?

So I reinstalled 10.8.3 to my GAQ77MD2H
Used Multibeast 5.3 (DSDT free, ALC 887/88b current)
Included Copy of IOReg, dsdt-motherboard-native.dsl, dsdt.aml in the archive.
Booted fine but no effect on sound preferences.
Suggestions?
Thanks.

My apologies. Got a bit frustrated. Went for a walk. Starting fresh. Reinstalling 10.8.3, multi beast, and then trying the guide again.
My question, HD4000 audio patch should I use for a Q77 board (GA-Q77M-D2H)?

Finally got through the guide. Very thorough! I got some errors in compiling:
I've attached the dsdt and the IOreg. Thanks for all you help!

Found it just a second ago. Working through your tutorial. At II Native Compile.
Q- Do I have to add all the patch sources or just the one I want?
Thanks Again.
JKP
thanks for the lifeline!
Part 1 is done.
Part 2 I have some questions:
if I used multibeast w/o a DSDT, how can I edit a DSDT if I don't have one (or at least I think I don't)
