I guess I could try SwitchResX.. But I thought this would work out of the box? Can anyone comment on that part?

Oh, I forgot to mention that by default I have Inject Nvidia turned on in config.plist. Not sure why but with my dual monitors I use 1x DVI and 1x HDMI from the GPU. Adjusting the options on boot up and unchecking inject Nvidia seems to make the display port work but just at 4k @ 30Hz.
