Is the RX570/580 MT-only limitation because of the motherboard or the case? So will it work if I swap SFF mobo to a generic ATX case?

I tried 14,2 14,3 and 15,1 with PluginType checked and not. SMBIOS change made no difference, without PluginType min observed GHz was 1.7 and pluginType checked min observed was GHz 2.2. Not really sure what's going on.

I have that checked, but no luck. If you have time I attached my config.plist and screenshot of power gadget. I'm not sure

@trs96 Huge thanks for your guide, I succesfully used it on a 9020 w/ i7-4790 :) I have a question about power management though, I observe CPU moving between 2-4GHz but never below that. According to this I am missing the SSDT, is this guide still the right way to install one?
