Have you tried with 16gb? My installation is stuck at "11 min remaining" with 8GB stick. I am trying 2 sticks and still no luck. Do I really have to buy 8GB? Sierra is only 5GB big.... argh.

Correction, Z77X up5 th + 660, i have to reinstall audio. At first I thought I didn't need it, but then my speaker was working through USB DAC, which does not require sound card from the motherboard, but I prefer optical out.

Z77x up5 th + EVGA 660 Supercharged without a problem. Just rebooted and works like a charm.

I am having some issues with USB ports as well with this motherboard. Only certain USBs are working and somehow it changes every time I reboot the system. Which means I have to keep on changing the port for my USB keyboard! It would be nice to see anything regarding on USB ports.
