It seems like the ioreg will only work once i get it installed. I'm unable to even get the osx installation started in my Alienware. I've been able to adjust my bios somewhat to get the ACHI. i get to the apple screen then it just stops or i get a black screen.

I have tried i currently have a i7 920 running stable. I'm getting random issues. Black screen, or usb not being detected after -v -x. I'm trying to find out what may have work for other's builds. I'll try 10.8 to see if that may help.
