When I use shikigva=16, iTunes no longer crash but VDADecodeChecker returned error (offline connected anyway)
Taking away shikigva=16 will restore hardware decode in IINA / VLC but iTunes would crash.
As stated by @umran23 , I somehow acquired full hardware acceleration by force updating the dyld_shared_cache:
sudo update_dyld_shared_cache -force
However, hardware acceleration stopped working after several reboots. So at last, I used the patched framework by the developer and the hardware...
I submitted an issue on the developer's GitHub and received a response. Now I have fully working hardware acceleration from VDADecoderChecker. (However I downgraded from 10.13 to 10.12.6, and Netflix seems broken on Safari)
I am already using those kexts uploaded by you, using shikigva=4, using PEG as primary and enabled IGPU multi-monitor with DVMT=64MB (connector-less with 0x19120001) and renamed HECI to IMEI; GFX0 to IGPU; PEGP to GFX0. Still my VDADecoderChecker result appeared like this:
