    Changed the settings in BIOS, plist as directed by MACMAN. System runs with full force. Before changes Geekbench ( 32 bit) score was around 6000 now 13000. Looks good as of now.

    I figured it out. It is DVD drive ( ASUS) that's causing the problem. Strange but true. If I use Z68 SATA port for DVD chimera is super slow. If I use Marvel SATA port Chimera is super quick. Thanks anyway.
