Tried your two suggestions using the x360 patch from the repo and using the later smbios but still no luck. There is more info about the battery in system information when using the patch I noticed. Any other help or suggestions would be appreciated. Problem files attached.

Thanks for your help changed my smbios to your suggestion and switched to virtualSMC for battery management. The battery status does not update when charging it says not charging when I click on the battery icon. If I charge it then reboot the battery status updates. Attached new problem files.

It had intel 3000 graphics but a celeron processor, if i get a I3 that will work with this laptop do you think it will work

I always see this in verbose when I boot just before it goes to black screen.... Transcript Offline : Buffer pool allocate [18100] failed I googled it and some also report black screen so... Also notice it wont boot even to safe mode if nv_disable= 1 I checked a ubuntu live usb in terminal lspci...
