Sure, I have attached the EFI folder but removed serial numbers in config file (marked with REMOVED!). The patched SSDTs for USB I'm using *probably* won't work on your motherboard. (see this post and perhaps use hackintools for easier generation of the SSDTs)

You should select another drive (something like "Install macOS ...") after the first restart when booting. Otherwise the install process is never really started.
I had the same issue, if it also occurs in windows it's probably because of the ground loop. I simply bought a Ground Loop Noise Isolator on amazon for <$10 and the problem was easily fixed.
Alright, here's my two cents:
I took a look at your kext folder, I'm using USBInjectAll instead of USBPorts.kext, not sure if that makes a difference. And I'm not sure if RadeonMonitor.kext supports the latest 5700XT or not, might help to remove it and see what happens.
