I have actually got it to load an install but I'm having problems getting my 980Ti workin

i have the extreme version and i have the exact same problem loading sierra

i tried to use this on my rampage v extreme with problems this is what i have i have no idea what i did wrong

i had problems also with my rampage v extreme with a 5960x and 980ti this was my results
