Do you use right boot argument with correct audio layout in your opencore - config.plist. ?? Did you try alcid with different value?

Simple workaround would be : restore backup to drive and then start with usb stick with open core. Copy EFI folder and you're done. Much faster and cleaner :)

Simple solutions always win. I would suggest : sell 2070 and buy 5700xt. Win/Win scenario both in win10 and osx. Uhd630 in long run will make you headaches.

Did you try to unplug all m.2 drives and try to install on ssd?

What guide did you follow? What clover version, what kext your using, what drivers in clover/drivers section, config.plist configuration? You can find many guides and efi folders with success stories with catalina on this board.
