Works well for me. Had issues at first and needed to delete all prior Bluetooth pairings and pair again. Other than that, works well, though I still use a wired keyboard when I need to get into the bios.
Nice build. I used the same hardware and ran into the same issue. I tried the fix through multibeast, but it didn't take. I bought the audio use adapter from Amazon.

Not expensive solution and it worked well for me.
decided to swap out the wifi card and ordered a fence fv-t919 from amazon. claims to be fully mackintosh compatible. worked for me. only issue i ran into was the need to delete all other BT devices i wanted to pair post card swap.
issues: i shut system off, if i press keys or trackpad...
Did some more work on that Bluetooth issue. Tried in different USB ports, no luck. Went into bios and disabled Wake on LAN, no luck. Tried Clover Configurator for shut down fix.
I dId notice when system restarts and I'm at the Mac login screen, if I pick option for power down, system does shut...
Let me preface this all by saying I am a complete noob in the whole computer build/troubleshoot arena. Please excuse any terms I may use inappropriately! I went out, bought a whole bunch of parts (Black Friday sales), put the system together earlier this week, and then went through...
I'm also working on my first build. I picked up the following
For wifi,
TP-Link Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Adapter (TL-WDN4800)
Bluetooth,
GMYLE Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
I took all my hardware purchases from the buying guide. Have not built mine yet, so I don't have any better info.
Good luck
