Thank you, I moved your kext on my s/l/e folder, run kext utilities and my audio just works! So now everything working fine here, a nice green low cost system, and also the most silent i have realized until today. I only need to work on the sleep side, if some one can help is welcome. Best! ;)

I have audio with voodoohda.kext and applehda.kext from snowleopard. Drag manually in s/l/e and use kext utility for permissions. That's the only way for me to have a full working audio on alc890. By the way 10.7.2 run perfectly with sleep too.
