so... found my mistake! I corrected SSDT name. Now my nVidia-related SSDT has name "SSDT-3.aml" when start booting OS X , I read on first screen that my SSDTs are loaded.. but during the boot, system stop after "IOAPIC Version 0x20 Vectors 64:87". not a KP, only a.. stop! after 3-4 minutes...

I'm using Chameleon, so use DropSSDT=Yes (attached my plist). All my SSDTs are into Extra folder, like the DSDT. I checked for different definitions, like you suggested, but DSDT and SSDT 4 contains always GFX0 , never IGPU . my System Profiler show me nVidia card, so is still active in OS X...
