Update from Mojave worked fine. But in Catalina my USB will not work after wake from sleep. It's really annoying. Everything, include USB 3.0 worked fine in Mojave. I think I'm going to have to revert by doing a clean install from Mojave install media.

I haven't had a single wake-up crash since I fixed my settings according to the tips in this thread, regarding USB. My z97-deluxe is now super stable on Mojave, like I've gotten used to. Hopefully this can help someone else with the same problems.
