Hi! I've got the same stick (Version E1) and I found a better driver directly from ralink: http://www.ralinktech.com/support.php?s=3 USB(RT2870 /RT2770 /RT3X7X /RT537X) V4.1.4.0 It connects automaticly and seems to run in 64bit.

The DWL-G122 Driver from the D-Link site works only 32 bit. I found a better driver from ralink: http://www.ralinktech.com/support.php?s=3 USB(RT2870 /RT2770 /RT3X7X /RT537X), V4.1.4.0 After deinstalling the D-Link and installing the one from ralink, it seems to be really good now.
