Do you recommend to update to el capitan first or fix imessage first? Or does it not matter which order you do it in? Also, how do I get rid of ambient light sensing? I find that I don't use it and it just gets in my way.

Although I have everything working (besides bluetooth) right now, I am having freezing issues. Even though I set my ig-platform-id to 0x1626006 and still, mac gets stuck after a random amount of time. This used to happen even before I installed kexts and ssdt/dsdt, but I thought it would go away...

I should've reworded it to "Thanks for offering to help". I had to get io80211family.kext, go into it and find the airportbcrm4331.kext, then find the file within it to patch.

Figured it out. Thanks for the help anyways. I had to extract the kext from within another kext, and then modify it.

I've been trying to follow it, but I don't know where to apply the patches for bthandoff and 5ghz. The kexts have been installed, but no wifi right now.

Also, is there a way to reinstall clover? EDIT: Nvm, got it working by restoring an old clover version. Thanks anyways! Got almost everything working, except for dw1560 wifi. I installed the kexts, but do still need to patch or is it included? And, for the track pad gestures, how do I...

Here you go. Mac boots off of my usb though, but everything is broken since kexts and patches are not on the usb. It used to work before windows updated.

I am unable to boot macosx Yosemite on my ux305 still. Clover boots but when clicking Mac os, the loading bar under the Apple logo starts, but eventually slows down a quarter of the way through and stops. Here's what I see in verbose boot.

The default hasn't changed to windows. Clover still boots up, but the mac os does not. My wifi card from dell also arrived, and its refusing to connect to 2.4ghz networks, however 5ghz networks work. Can someone send me a picture of how they connected the two wires to their dw1560?

Is there a way to make the trackpad gestures work fully/properly? A 3 finger swipe up opens mission control. Also, two finger scrolling is not working as far as I know. Ordered a DW1560 from Dell, looking towards on having wifi on this too. Edit: Windows 10 just updated, and clover will not...

I have almost everything set up and working on my ux305 using the fastlanepackage with ALS. Do I still need to do the patches or were they included in the ssdt/dsdt? By the way Clover can boot in 1080p if you install the kext csmvideodxe, which looks really nice when using a 1080p skin on it.
