I just did a clean install of El Capitan with clover (followed the current guide) and was running a GT610. It ran both monitors on it's dvi ports just fine.
I decided to move my EVGA gtx660 ti 3gb from my gaming pc to this mac, but it's having trouble registering a second display. The top...
Well, that config ended up not working on my hard drives, so I messed with it for ages--couldn't get it working. I installed mavericks and everything worked vanilla, no problems at all!!!!!!
YEs!!!! YEs!!!! YES!!!!!! I'm runnign a i7 3770 with a H77-DS3H, and It all worked the first time without ANY changes, no safe mode no pci root, just vanilla!! You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!
I did some testing, and when I unplug the WIFI adapter, The boot stops at "power management may be incomplete or unsupported" (unknown CPU model is the line above this) Intresting...
I know "unknown locale 21" is a network-related message, but it doesn't make sense why It would hang up there. Is there anything problematic above where it hangs up that could be causing this?
Should I delete the extra folder and reinstall multibeast?
I'm trying to run 10.8.4, using a i7 3770 and a H77-DS3H. By boot screen locks up in normal boot mode. Safe mode works. Do you guys know how I can get it to boot?

I did look in the extra folder and I noticed that there was no org.chameleon.boot.plist. For some reason multibeast didn't make one, and whenever I check a boot option, it gives me a installation failed (presumably because it has no where to write that stuff). I need to figure out the proper...
Wow, great article. So, would changing the system definition to mac mini 6,2 fix it? or would I have to make a ssdt also? (i don;t know much about ssdt's)
The bios are at the basic working settings (the hackintosh default, as one might say), same as they were when the system was working. It still could be the bios though. The Multibeast config looks like this:
So I've had a hackintosh running for 3 months-everything working. (an i7 3770 and a h77-ds3h on 10.8.4)
Then, one day I tried to hook up a second display. I messed with a vga monitor through intel graphics, and a GTX460. I screwed crap up apparently. I started getting the unknown cpu error...
I have a H77-DS3H and I'm having the same problem also. There are a ton of articles about this but no definite answer. I'm surprised tonymac himself hasn't addresses this.
