Thanks this also solved the same problem for me but shift+f2+f3 for brightness control is no longer working the way it was with Appleps2smarttouchpad.kext and the tap twice and drag is not working how can i solve those.

I updated my config.plist for laptop but still not booting

I checked them out then since i have uhd 620 i went with config_HD615_620_630_640_650.plist but nothing changed it's still give me plus signs at boot
