Hey, I have flashed my bios and now thunderbolt is recognized as part of my system there, but when I go into about my mac - It shows that there is no hardware installed?? Also, USB C port and Red USB 3.1 does not work, but all other USB's do.

What other hardware are you using? I haven't had any issues with this build, what so ever.
