    pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

I've had this build for years now, updated to Ventura 13.6.6 with @snoopy69's OC config. However, I restarted my hack one time, and now whenever I put it to sleep, it just shuts down. Does the same thing after doing another restart and nvram reset. Any ideas?

13.3 is definitely the issue. Was able to get to the actual install screen this time with the 13.1 installer and a new SSD. Edit: Installed 13.1 on a clone drive of Big Sur and was able to actually log in. Thank you for helping me troubleshoot, chef!

Hm, I used the package from the appstore. I will try with a 13.1 installer

I did a test and made a Ventura USB installer and fresh SSD. And for some reason I can't even install Ventura. The Apple progress bar loads to almost halfway. Then reboots.. I even took out 2 memory sticks. This is so weird. Edit: The OpenCore 0.9 EFI from page1 will load Big Sur 11.7.5 just...

I added my serials and what not, but using this EFI folder makes my hack go straight to the BIOS. It does not load OC at all. Just wanna say thank you for your help so far.

This is what happens when I try this efi folder With original EFI, and the above Quirk change, I'm still getting a bootloop

This is a drive with Ventura, it's what I can capture before it starts to bootloop

The only kext I have different from the EFI download on page 1 is my own personal USBPorts. I'm thinking of doing a fresh install of Ventura. Would Migration Assistant be able to read a Carbon Copy Clone of the drive? or would a Time Machine backup be best?

I am not. I am booting directly from the m.2. Nothing is plugged in USB-wise other than mouse and keyboard

Here you go I am back on Big Sur 11.7.5 while testing the config.. OC should still be able to load regardless of OS version correct?

Gets stuck on the apple logo with no progress whatsoever. Have to boot into a backup drive.
