Thank you very much for the instructions :D Managed to operate audio on Lion using Z68X-UD3H-B3. Did exactly all the steps (Apart from clean install) but they didn't work. The trick was to remove all Audio related kexts added by MultiBeast in my futile tries (Had a 889a kext). Once removed...
