Hey. I was on Big Sur on my T450s however found it a bit CPU hog. Reverted to Catalina with P51. I would suggest prepare a Big Sur installation and try with it. Steps are easy and covered in OC guide. Upgrades as far as I know are often disaster. Would avoid them

I will give a try installing some spare SATA SSD. That would be the last resort. Interesting that sharing nearly the same hardware these hackintosh installation are randomly unpredictable haha I tried again with your EFI. Actually applied a fix for that APTIO issue with a different driver EFI...
