try npci 0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=No -v also if you have V-TD and Intel Virtualisation enabled in your bios disable it

Boot with npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=No -v see if you can get to your Desktop

Did you use any boot flags in your Install like npci=0x2000 and GraphicsEnabler=No -v ?

Just Noticed you still got V-TD enabled and Intel Virtualisation enabled these need to be disabled in the Bios
