I have installed nvidia retail for 10.8.2 and before the reboot applied NVIDIA OpenCL patch but still not works.

I applied NVIDIA Fermi OpenCL Patch (no retail) and 2GB OpenCL Patch with MultiBeast 5.1.1 but OpenCL still not works.
My card is GeForce GT 430 2GB.

Can I install the latest nvidia driver for 10.8.2 and after use MultiBeast 5.1.1 to patch OpenCL?

Have you used dsdt for you motherboard?
Have you installed new nvdia driver?
Have you checked in Multibeast OpenCL Patch and OpenCL Enabler?

Yes, 10.8.1 on GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3, i5-2400, nVidia GT430 2GB and in MultiBeast I've enabled 2GB OpenCL Patch and OpenCL Enabler.
I can install the new drivers or to install it I must before remove something?

I've follow this guide to install ML and works fine.
But I noticed some difference between MultiBeast png screenshot in your post and MultiBeast screenshot in your pdf guide.
In the png screenshot of your first post you check only:
UserDSDT
ALC8xx...
