Attached both: Successfull shutdown without 2.5 disc, and unsuccessfull. In both situations system booted from m2 device.

I tried all your recomendations however no one worked. Haltenabler true does not help at all, and it prevents nvram.plist to work. However I have a new track. As SATA LED stays on I though SATA may be the suspect. Boot from only installed m2 Sata 128gb (EFI clover + System) Shutdown WORKS...
