Congratulations lithetails! I confirm that iMac 13,1 SMBIOS also works. I think the difference between using SMBIOS imac or mac pro is on management and hardware recognition, but not sure. I would appreciate if someone knew inform clearly. Thank you!

I hope the right one for you. I suggest making a backup of the current SMBIOS and install the new version from another hd or another machine with OS X, it can give kernel panic. I tried with mac pro 4.1 had problems but it worked with iMac 12.2.

I got hit with my gigabyte hd 6870. I switched to iMac 12,2 smbios with multibeast 5.3.0 and now the temperature has returned to default.

My gigabyte HD6870 is 61ºC idle.
