It seem's the Error was caused by the wrong BIOS settings. I just put the BIOS back to optimized settings and changed them to the CustoMac Mini 2013 Golden Build Additional I changed xHCI Mode to Auto xHCI Hand-off / EHCI Hand-off to enabled And everything works well.
