I think that I figured out why it resets to the default setting when I set it to PCI. According to the mobo manual, the PCI setting makes the card in the PCI slot the priority. There's nothing in the PCI slot. However, the graphics card is plugged into the PCIEX16 slot, which the PEG setting...

Yes, I did do it the first time, but I thought I'd try again anyway. Definitely saved, booted up, didn't work. Went back into the BIOS settings and it's back to auto. This is only for the PCI option, the PEG seemed to save my choice.

Thanks for the quick response! Tried using both PCI and PEG settings after disabling the onboard graphics. No luck though. When I set it to PCI, it reset itself to "Auto" when I re-entered the BIOS, if that's important. It was on "Auto" by default, as was the onboard graphics.
