no have kernel panic when restart the system? in mine have this kernel panic.
This panic started after you installed the kexts for Broadcom bcm94352z? if yes, do you have...
I followed your step 1&2(I stay away from nvram reset as it usually kills my OC boot loader) and successfully install 14.4. After re-enabling the disabled Wi-Fi kexts my Bluetooth(Realtek) works and no issues. Prior to your posting 14.4 refused to install.

Thanks for your post. I throw your EFI onto my Sonoma 14.3 USB, and it boot my current system to the setup screen perfectly. Will test this in my new build : Asus Prime-V Z790 with I9-12900K. Huge thanks
